  • $35 – October 14, 2023 (register and attend the October social run and you will get a coupon code for an extra $5 off registration)
  • $40 – October 15, 2023 to October 31, 2023
  • $45 – November 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023
  • $50 – January 1, 2024 to March 31, 2024
  • $55 – April 1, 2024 to April 20, 2024
  • $60 – April 21, 2024 to 3:00 PM on Friday, April 26, 2024

Packet Pick-Up

THERE IS NO RACE DAY PACKET PICK UP

That is right, there is no race day packet pick up and registration closes on Friday, April 26 at 3 PM. You must come to one of the advance packet pick ups and the schedule is:

  • Saturday, April 13, 2024, 10 AM – 1 PM at Peticolas Brewing Company, 1305 Pace Street, Dallas, TX 75201 (following the April social run)
  • Tuesday, April 23, 2024, 11 AM – 2 PM at the On Your Left! Marketing & Events offices, 10606 Shady Trail, Suite 104, Dallas, TX 75220
  • Wednesday, April 24, 2024, 3 PM – 7 PM at Academy Sports & Outdoors, 4000 Preston Road, Frisco, TX 75035
  • Thursday, April 25, 2024, 3 PM – 7 PM at Academy Sports & Outdoors, 3305 Dallas Parkway, Suite 301, Plano, TX 75093
  • Friday, April 26, 2024, 11 AM – 4 PM at Peticolas Brewing Company, 1305 Pace Street, Dallas, TX 75201

7:00 AM - Event opens
8:30 AM – 5K Start (don't be late, the start line is only open until 8:35 AM)
9:00 AM – Treble Hook hits the stage
10:00 AM – Awards
11:00 AM – Last call
11:30 AM – Event ends

Velvet Hammer 5k Course mapSet in the Dallas' Design District the USATF Certified 5K course will wind through the various shops and studios as well along the warehouse district adjacent to the Trinity River.

Awards will be presented and results tabulated based on chip time.

Award Categories

Overall Male and Overall Female, First Place Masters Male and First Place Masters Female and the top three finishers, male and female in the following age groups: 19 & Under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+.
